we had a great Christmas with our turkey that we smuggled in from the UK.
We had a 'secret Santa' delivery on Christmas morning
Our neighbours Larry and Callie joined us for Christmas lunch as well as Mew, who had his own plate of turkey and gravy.
I tried to disguise sprouts with honey, bacon and chorizo - still tasted of Evil Cabbages!!
Got lots of nice presents, Bex made me a unicorn picture - beautiful!
I attempted to make a rose out of my old straight edge for Bex.
We spent Christmas evening playing bowling and snowboarding (on the Wii), Bex was pulling some fancy moves!!
Bex has continued the unending task of digging and removing roots from the allotment, I have helped by marking out the beds with posts and string - not very physical but hopefully useful.
Mew was on hand to supervise of course!
I have temporarily shored up the Darma greenhouse with more blocks from the pigpen, I will cut them in half and build them properly when funds appear for some sand and cement.
Never underestimate the importance of sufficient foundations!!
We have been getting out on the bikes and doing 3/4 to an hour cycling every couple of days, I have discovered the cycle/shared use track that starts from near us to Mayenne and beyond for 40Km.
The challenge for 2016 is to explore the full length of it and hopefully ride it on the Trike.
Bex photographed some beautiful sunrises, I was 'resting' at the time - I feel a 'Bob Ross' attempt coming soon!
Had a quiet New Years Eve in with Callie and Larry, we had a buffet, with lots of handmade food - more to see in 'Bake Off - Part Deaux"
Wishing you all a great new year for 2016,

What a fabulous Christmas it sounds like you had. Loved the unicorn and what a fabulous rise you made. Looking forward to seeing your paintings of the sunset ☺
